Bought SBCG4AP complete online, not activating

On August 30, I bought the online download of the SBCG4AP complete series package, got a confirmation of my order, and downloaded all of the episodes no problem. However, none of them can be activated; everything I try simply returns a message saying the system can't log in. I sent a Manual Activation code and email to this effect (confirmation tag: issue-20534) on August 31.

As you can see, that was a week ago, and I still haven't gotten an actual response, nor can any of the episodes connect. I'm getting tired of waiting. Of course, since I have a confirmation of purchase, I suppose I could just download pirated copies, but I don't want to do that.

    Have you checked to be sure your spam filter isn't grabbing the responses?

    Yes, my account's Spam Filter is completely off for just that reason.

    Can't you enter your serial number to activate these games? I did that with Siege of Spinner Cay...

    Of course I already tried that. With every episode, when I enter my Serial Number, the program just crashes, and won't properly run again until I restart my computer.

    Sounds like a dodgy download or a problem with your computer rather than anything else. Uninstall them, redownload them and try again. And make sure your firewall is letting them through.

    Well, I'm back again. I activated the first episode of the SBCG4AP with the Manual Unlock code David E messaged me, but then I couldn't get to the forum for several days (constant connection timeouts). Now, when I try to use the unlock code on the other episodes, it says the code isn't recognized. And of course, none of the episodes can verify automatically anyway, but I've come to expect that now.

    Does the Manual Unlock code time-out? Do I need a different code for every episode? Because I'd like to get on with playing my games now.

    I think you need different codes for every episode. That, it sounds like your connection's a bit iffy.
