can't download episodes 2 or 3 with season pass
hi guys
I have the game with the season pass and re installed the game today. when trying to download episodes 2 or 3 in game, instead of being listed as purchased but not installed episodes 2 and 3 say available now and lead to re purchasing (this unfortunately did happen to me for episode 2) instead of downloading. and the season pass link leads to re purchasing again though i can't do this as i already own it but cannot download it.
i have played all 3 episodes before so i don't understand why my season pass is not recognized in game. or is there another way to download them ?

I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify which Android/Kindle device in particular you are currently playing the game on? I recommend try force closing the game application, then restart it while connected to a WiFi network and logged into your Account that you purchased the Season Pass with, and the purchased Season Pass should restore.
If the issue persists, I recommend making sure that you can see the purchase of the Season Pass in your account's Purchase HIstory. As long as you see it there, you should be able to follow the purchase path to buy it again, and it will then alert you that you have already purchased the Season Pass, and allow you to restore your previous purchase. If you are charged again for the same item that is already in your purchase history, I recommend contacting Google Play Support/Amazon Support directly for further assistance with that particular issue.

I'm playing the game on a Kindle HD6. The season pass is listed in my purchase history along with episode 1, And under manage content & devices in my amazon account episode 1 is listed along with the season pass (and the additional episode 2, which i have sorted a refund for btw ty) in the in-app purchases link. the problem is that while i can download episode 1 there is nothing to download the in-app purchases, I can see them but can't do anything with them.
I am logged into my account as i had to be to download the game, and was still logged in when i loaded the game up. Forced closed the app and turned the device off/on and restarted while logged in again but that made no difference.
I have tried downloading again through both the store on the kindle and sending the app to my device in my amazon account on my pc but it still does not recognize the season pass.
Any ideas ?
My apologies, we have had reports that deleting and re-downloading the app from the App Store on your Kindle device should restore your previous purchase. If it does not, I recommend trying a few more times while connected to a WiFi network, and the previous purchases should restore. If you are still unable to see the Episodes as 'Purchased but not Downloaded' in the Episodes menu, and are seeing the episodes as 'Purchase', I recommend contacting Amazon Support to see if they are able to allow you to be refunded for the Season Pass so that you can repurchase it.

I have tried re-downloading 5 more times but it hasn't triggered the season pass. If i'm going to have to get a refund & repurchase the game anytime i re-install i think ill wait for a fix before trying again.

You're welcome, I do recommend contacting Amazon Support, to see if they have any other suggestions on how to restore the in-app purchases. You can also try proceeding through the purchase path to purchase the Season Pass again, and when you enter your account name and password, the Amazon App Store should notify you that you have already purchased this item, and allow you to access the Season Pass for no extra charge. If you are charged again in the process, or you would rather see if there is another way of restoring your purchase, I recommend contacting Amazon Support.

Amazon have already stated they believe this to be a problem with the app or servers and that i should contact telltale for help, And i don't see what refunding & repurchasing the season pass will change as the problem wont go away should i or anyone else re-install the game. I don't want to just get a refund and leave it either as i enjoy the game.
The only way i know to purchase the season pass is the in game episode menu, which as i said it says i already own this item when trying to buy it again, but it doesn't then change to purchased but not downloaded for episodes 2 & 3 they remain available now to buy.
This should be a priority fix for telltale.

My only other potential solution would be to try following the steps in This Amazon Support Article, and see if you are then able to restore the Season Pass successfully by following these steps. I just tried that support guide and that cloud storage was empty so i'm not sure if that is the same cloud storage as my kindle uses or not. However when logged into this cloud on my PC i loaded the game on my kindle to see if would show in the cloud then, It didn't but out of the blue episode 2 & 3 are now showing as purchased and ready to download....
I have no idea if it was just a coincidence but thank you very much all the same
