Episode 4 PS4 - NA
As soon as I heard episode 4 was out I turned on my PS4 but it still says coming soon on the game and the addon isn't in the PS store. I have the season pass if that makes a difference.

same with me but I have a macbook. It says not available yet and I bought the pass as well
I'm having the same problem on my macbook. Were you able to solve it?
let me know if you figure anything out. I'm having the black screen problem now like apparently many others are having.
Well, on the plus side, I was able to install and begin Episode 4. On the downside, I ended up uninstalling the entire game. Once I reinstalled it, Episode 4 was available, and I downloaded it without problems. I thought I had saved a copy of all of my save files, but when I tried to put them back into the game, I was still able to open episode 4, but during the "Previously On..." video, my choices were different. I then went to the main menu, and I no longer had the "My Choices" option on the main menu. So for whatever reason all of my choices are gone. I've uninstalled one more time, and I'm going to reinstall and just start the whole season from scratch, like I had to do with Episode 2. Oh well.... I hope your experience is better than mine.
wow thats terrible. I'm trying to download the game again from the website. I don't think that would corrupt anything I've already played on the old ones just in case it doesn't work. But my screen is black so I don't think I have a choice. It sucks that theres always SO many problems with these when we've paid a lot for the game...
I agree, I was hoping that all of the bugs and issues would be fixed by this episode, but I guess that was just wishful thinking. I just hope things run smoothly for the last two episodes. Good luck!
Do you know where i can locate my saves on my macbook and make a back up of them some how?
Just in case you don't know how to find the Library file, I had no clue until someone showed me, when you're on the desktop, click on the "Go" menu and hold down the "Option" key, you'll see the Library in the "Go" dropdown menu. The save files are located in the Library>ApplicationSupport>TelltaleGames>GameofThrones
oh wow thank you! I started to redownload from the site and episode 4 was available then. I'm currently 94% downloaded the episode.. hopefully my decisions saved..
just finished downloading and it worked for me!! and my decisions are still there in the my choices and the game is ready to play. not sure if it was because it just took time to become available for me or if redownloading from this website worked. who knows. Good luck with your game, it sucks that this is so difficult

@T_E95 My apologies, Episode 4 released for the PS4 NA region at around the same time that you created this thread. If you have not yet tried again, you should now be able to successfully download and play the episode.
I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We have made a server side fix for this issue on PC/Mac. Please close/exit out of the game completely, then also make sure that you have downloaded and installed the latest Updated Critical PC/Mac Patch available for the game. After it has been installed, then start the game again, and you should be able to start the game successfully, and download and play the game.
Screen is still black for the ps3 when is this going to be fixed?
For me it still says it is "coming soon". I'm talking about the ps4 version as well.
Can you please clarify what country/region you are currently located in, and whether you are connected to the internet via a wireless, or wired network connection?
