Xbox One - Download gone (episode 2)

Hello,
My download for episode 2 is gone, and wants me to pay again to download.
Is there some step I'm missing?
My save is still there, and my choices so far.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Could you please clarify if you ever deleted and re-installed the game at any point? Also, if you are being asked to re-purchase a previously purchased episode, are you attempting to download it directly from the Xbox Marketplace, or by the in-game download option from inside the Episodes menu?

  • I did not delete or re-install, Episode 1 is still there. Either method I use , in-game or at store, is asking me to pay for it.

    Can you please clarify if you purchased Episode 2 separately, or as part of the Season Pass? If you purchased the Season Pass (Episodes 2-6) please make sure that when you are entering the Xbox Marketplace, that you are opening the Season Pass page and not the individual episode page. Inside the Season Pass page you should be able to see Episodes 2, 3, and 4 as available to download from inside there, and download Episode 4 for Free if you purchased the Season Pass.

    If you purchased Episode 2 individually and are unable to download it from in-game without purchasing it again, please also try going to the Xbox Marketplace and do a search for 'Episode 2: The Lost Lords'. If it still shows up asking you to purchase it again, please also try logging into your Xbox Live account on the Xbox Marketplace Website, then click This Link to the episode's page on the website, then download the episode remotely to your Xbox.

    anyhoo, all three ways attempted to download failed (wanted me to pay each path I took)

    S'only 5 bucks, but I don't feel like paying again on a system where something like this can happen, or on a game where something like this could happen.....

    If all three purchase paths are asking you to purchase the episode again, I recommend checking your Purchase History on your Xbox Live account to ensure that the Episode 2 purchase shows up there, then contacting Microsoft Support directly for further assistance, as there may be an issue with the Episode not being registered properly under your account.
