Episode 3 - Game Won't Load Anymore
I played Episode 3 on the XBONE Wednesday night, and now I cannot get back into the game. I click to load Game of Thrones, it tells me to press 'A' to begin, and when I do - the screen freezes up on the "Connecting to Server" screen. Help please!

I'm having the exact same issue.
Only dialogue and music would play, but all other audio was silent. I restarted the game and it froze on "Connecting to Server". I reset the system, same problem.
Tried some things which didn't help:
If it's a regional thing, I'm in Europe (Finland) and downloaded the game last night (March 27th). I'm really loving the game, but I've had so many technical issues it really bogs down the overall experience.
I've managed to solve this issue.

I sincerely apologize for the delayed response, and for any difficulties caused by this, as @Hakola stated, if you start the game, press A to continue, and you become stuck on the loading screen, please try hard resetting your console by holding the power button down for 10 seconds. Then start the game again and you should not experience the issue anymore.
That did not fix it for me. Episode 3 was working for me yesterday, got on to play today and it wont load. I get to where it says "Press A to Begin" it starts connecting and then black screen and it resets back to "Press A to Begin".
I have uninstalled, and hard reset my xbox several times. I am not very happy. This is after I had to replay Episode 1 because of the choices not being saved when Episode 2 came out. I love your games but this is ridiculous.
My apologies, if you are still stuck after hard resetting your Xbox One, can you please clarify if you have recently started the game while connected to the internet to ensure you have received the latest update available for the game? An update was released around the same time as Episode 4, please make sure you have downloaded it before starting the game.
I have attempted to start while connected and offline. Would I need to install Episode 4 in order to receive the update and if for some reason I missed the update is there a way to force an update?

If you were connected to the internet when you started the game on your Xbox One, you should have already received the latest update automatically before starting the game. If you are connected via a wireless internet connection, you can also try resetting your wireless internet access point (Modem/Router), then after you have reconnected, start the game again.
I was connected to the internet when starting the game. I tried resetting my router, no luck. It still quits right after it says "Connecting to Server". Black screen and then it returns to the same screen asking me to press a.
Finally fixed it! There was some problem linked with my profile specifically, I had to delete my account and then re-add it. Then it gave me the option to sync my info once I started Game of Thrones.
