The jungle maze locations

I found the X marks the spot place in the jungle and I got the view over the island. I wondered whether it's possible to find those other places visible in there, so I started wandering around the jungle and managed to find a shack. Is it possible to find all the other places by just walking through the jungle or are they only for show or accessible at specific points in the game?

    The other locations are revealed and accessible later in the game. I believe the shack is the only other one you can find (since that's how you get to it).
