can't download episodes
I went to download the 4th episode of game of thrones few days ago and for some reason, it's always either 'content failed to download' or 'timed out' --which is weird, since im preeetty sure my connection went just fine. I already closed all background application, resetting wifi, resetting router, resetting the phone itself, even delete and reinstall app-- and i end up unable to download ANY of the episodes since it all gave the same error....help ? is there any way for me to just download it via pc and have it installed to phone?

...i mean the whole thing up to ep4 instead of downloading it in app
I apologize for the inconvenience. At this time the only way to download episodes is through the in-app downloading method. It appears that you have tried most of our potential solutions already to download the episodes. Can you please clarify which iOS device in particular you are using to play the game, and what iOS version it is currently updated to? Also, have you made sure to update the game application itself to the latest version? (Version 1.4 is the latest version)
