Draft saved in gmail and your down on my blackberry as my first item of business on monday
I take it you don't mind when on monday we send these? I'm GMT (well, BST anyway), but some of the more eastern europeans (not to mention the 'stralians) might start sending out email while it is still technical sunday around your californian parts...
It has been sent, and here's a reply:
"Your Telltale support issue has been received [issue-21053]".
As in the e-mail I sent - now I expect to hear from you soon : )
This is just an automated note to let you know that we've received your request for support and that we'll be getting back to you as quickly as possible.
For your reference, this case has been assigned the code 'issue-21074'. Please make sure to include this code in either the subject or the body of any e-mail you send to us regarding this issue.
Regards,
Telltale Support
p.s. We try very hard to respond to email within a day or two (and often reply even sooner). Response time may be a little longer on weekends or holidays. If a few days go by and you haven't heard back from us, there's a good chance we didn't get your email, or you didn't get our response. Please check your spam folder! If email just doesn't seem to be working, post in our support forum (http://www.telltalegames.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=26). Mention that you've already tried to email us, and we'll look into the problem right away.
