    Sent mine a few minutes ago and received the automated response ("issue-21120") almost immediately. :) And now to see what happens next ...

    Done, and done, and got my automatic ticket number in a couple minutes. Will be watching for the non-automatic one. Good luck beating the gremlins out!

    Damn, they must have blocked our email addresses out of fear of our sheer awesomeness.

    By the looks of things, people are either getting replies within a few minutes, or not getting a reply atall.

    The real test will be whether those of you who get the automated response ALSO get a personal response from a human within a few days - so make sure to come back and post whether you do or not.

    This has been a problem forever (auto responses reaching some people but the actual responses not reaching them) so I'm glad to see it's finally getting some attention. :D
