sent and received automatic response (issue 21090)
Now I'll wait for yoUR GOLD! ALL OF YOUR GOLD YOU SCURVY CHIMPS!
*COUGH COUGH COUGH*
IT'S GETTING WORSE!
Just sent an e-mail and got "Your Telltale support issue has been received [issue-21123]". Took about a minute or two for the automated response to arrive.
Done, and done, and got my automatic ticket number in a couple minutes. Will be watching for the non-automatic one. Good luck beating the gremlins out!
The real test will be whether those of you who get the automated response ALSO get a personal response from a human within a few days - so make sure to come back and post whether you do or not.
This has been a problem forever (auto responses reaching some people but the actual responses not reaching them) so I'm glad to see it's finally getting some attention.

Curse you ya talkin' sea urchin! Ya ruined me plans for taking over the Caribbean! ...now I'll go eat.
(I could have posted over the weekend that I was going to participate, but I wanted it to be a surprise!)
Sent mine a few minutes ago and received the automated response ("issue-21120") almost immediately.

Gmail.
I'm at almost 4 and a half hours without an automated reply yet.
By the looks of things, people are either getting replies within a few minutes, or not getting a reply atall.
