The first time I used an e-mail account that I seldom use, not the one I'm registered on Telltale with. I soon received [issue-21151] automated reply.
Then I've sent another with my good e-mail address, and after a little while I've received [issue-21152] automated reply.
Now, I'll wait for the human-written-not-computer-generated reply
Tested both my e-mail addresses.
The Hotmail one: sent the message at 10.34, got the automated response at 10.37 (issue-21160).
The ICQmail one: sent the message at 10.37, got the automated response at 10.39 (issue-21161).
So far, so good...
I'll help too! Of course I'll actually include a real problem/suggestion just to confound Telltale. It will probably be ignored since this is just a test and not for real.
My automated support code is 'issue-21166'. Now I wait...
I just got a reply back from Bonnie so all was well here. I wonder if they have had any failures so far? I guess we have to wait 3 days to see/hear of those results.

Right - issue-21053 - sent 0:00 GTM, automatic response came after a minute but no human response to this point; checked in "Recived" and "Spam" folders.
Awesome, it looks like we have a really good amount of submissions pouring in so we don't need any more to sort through. Thanks to all of you for your diligence and to our lovely Bonnie who is a trooper for testing this for us- she's our new customer service lady and is well on her way to being a support guru.

Yeah, I've never had problems before either until this one.
I got the automatic response four minutes after sending.
Also got Bonnies message after 1 hour after the automatic response
