can't download ep4

in Game of Thrones - Android/Kindle Support

when i go to "episodes" catagory on my android it tells me that ep4 hasnt been even released yet so i can't even download it...
please help me :)

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Please make sure that you have updated the game application to the latest version from the Google Play App Store. After you have updated the game application, start the game while connected to a WiFi network connection, and Episode 4 should update to show as available to download in-game.

    My game is updated to the latest version already and I used WIFI connection and it still says "coming soon". What should I do? I paid for a season pass /:

    You can also try force closing the game application, then turning off your device for 5-10 minutes to allow the device's cache to clear. Then turn it back on, and start up the game app while connected to the WiFi network, and the app should update to show Episode 4 as available to download. If the issue persists, you can also try connecting to a different WiFi network connection, and see if that connection is stronger with our servers and allows the game to update with the episode as available.

    If you still experience the issue, can you please clarify if you purchased the game application from the Google Play App Store, or the Amazon App Store?
