ps4 freeze
Hi ive downloaded and am trying to play episode 4.. it starts but then during the previously on game of thrones cutscenes it fades to black and plays background music and i cant do anything except exit the application.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Please first make sure that you have updated the game to the latest version. If you have already done so, and are still experiencing the issue, you may have received an incomplete or corrupted download file of the episode. I recommend first make sure you have downloaded the latest update for the game, and if so, try deleting the game from your console, and re-downloading it from the Playstation Store. (Please note that this will not affect your save files) After you re-download the game, make sure the update file completes, then start the game, and download Episode 4 and you should be able to start the game successfully.
