Every time I attempt to play the game, the connecting to server symbol freezes and it never connects. I am left to look at the screen forever, wondering how to fix this.

Every time I attempt to play the game, the connecting to server symbol freezes and it never connects. I am left to look at the screen forever, wondering how to fix this.

I apologize for the inconvenience. If you start the game, press A to continue, and you become stuck on the loading screen, please try hard resetting your console by holding the power button down for 10 seconds. Then start the game again and you should not experience the issue anymore.
