I can't run Tales from the Borderlands

Hi, when I run the game, my Mac collapses and i have to kill the process in my terminal.
Pls help me !

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Please make sure that you have downloaded and installed the latest Critical PC/Mac Patch available for the game. After it has been downloaded and installed, then start the game again and you should be able to start the game successfully, and play the game.
