Problem with installing episodes
Well, it appears that in the NA Store, the game was free. I downloaded it, so I could play on my EU account, and then I thought "might as well buy the Season Pass", which I did. And now, I can't play the episodes I bought, on neither of those accounts. They remain on a "waiting to install" status, and I can't download them. Could it be because I bought the Season Pass on a different store? Did I just mess up?

I sincerely apologize for any difficulties this has caused you. Unfortunately DLC from the European Store will not be able to download and install successfully to the NA version of Episode 1. You will need to acquire the EU version of Episode 1 in order for Episodes 2-4 to successfully install to the base game. You will then be able to open the Game of Thrones game, and have access to all episodes.
