TTG Account Issues
Hello, I purchased Tales from the Borderlands on Steam recently. (During the Summer Sale.) I have played through both episodes so far, but I am having issues with the TTG Account option. I had to create an account with my web browser for that reason, but that's not the issue.
When I click on the TTG Account option in the main menu, it takes me to the sign in/ join/ Never mind screen. Upon clicking sign in, or join before I made an account, it pops up the expected email and password fields. The problem I am having is that when I click either of the fields, the screen turns white and a box pops up allowing you to type in your email or password. Once entering email or password, the box disappears, yet the screen remains white. I was able to sign in by listening to the clicks made by hovering over the fields and the sign in button. After signing in, I ran my mouse around the screen finding only one option to click on. So I clicked on it. Then it seemed to have many more options to choose, but I decided against further clicking since the screen was still white. I am currently running Windows 8.1 with a decent computer. ie: high quality graphics are not an issue while playing games.
On a side note, I have really enjoyed this game. I have been a Borderlands fan for a while, and really enjoy the whole experience all around. But this allows fans to take a break from the constant shooting and exploding offered in the three Borderlands games. This feels more like an interactive movie. I look forward to future episodes and will definitely take a look at other Telltale games.

Same here, except the game screen quickly turns white and just quits. Hopefully I can connect my account when this is fixed.
I sincerely apologize for any difficulties caused by this. Please try starting the game again, and when you see the blank/white screen, please try switching the game to Windowed Mode using the shortcut (Alt+Enter for PC, Command+F for Mac) and see if you are then able to see the game correctly. If so, please then try changing the game's resolution and/or graphics settings to a lower setting, and click Apply. Then try switching back to Full Screen Mode by using the same shortcut, and your issue should then be resolved.
@stevekh2 If you are unable to switch to Windowed Mode due to the game closing before you are able to switch it, please read this Sticky on how to run our Support Tool, and follow the steps to run the tool, and reply here with the download link copied and pasted into a reply. Ok, thanks! The Alt-Enter trick worked. I think the game crash was related to a separate window opening for me to type my account details in, overloading the window. Once again, thanks.

Separate problem, I can't view my choices from the game for some reason. I do have mmy Steam account linked to this site too...
Are you able to see your Choices page in-game, but not on this site? Or are you unable to see your choices/stats at all?
I saw my 8 (?) major choices in the game after I had finished the episode, but when I went to the website, I couldn't see those same choices that the game had said: "Go see your choices online!"
It appears that your choices have been recorded in our database successfully. If you are currently unable to see your Extended stats and choices on our website, please first try logging out, and back into your Telltale account on this website, then go to your Tales From The Borderlands Choices Page and see if it has updated.
If the issue persists, you can also try clearing your web browser's cache/cookies for this website, then log into your account again and see if your Choices page updates.
