Lawlz Broken games

so first off since 3 months ago episode 2 hasnt been showing my achieves posted but i got them even when i check them it shows they unlocked but still says 7 completed but ive done both ep 1 and 2. That has been on my nerves for a EXTREMELY long time right about as long as it takes to feel like my 20$ has been pretty much squandered. No biggie i got over it and even planned to disregard the game and the 20$ entirely. but since my borderlands fix has to be sated i tried again today, and low and behold its still broken no update has been released and episode 3 shows up on the store but in game it says its not even available. i have 2 other consoles if this cant be fixed im pretty sure a new (complimentary) season pass should cover it. This isnt even right to wait 9 months for 4 hours of gameplay then find out its broken. and cant even play it sorry telltale even if you did bite off more than you can chew, this right here is recipe for destruction dont get in over your heads boys
