Bigby and Snow would be very traditional, though of course it would be fun.
Myself, I'd choose Bigby and Nerissa. Not only because I love Nerissa, but I think it'd be very interesting dynamics. One is, well, Big Bad Wolf. Nerissa is shy and humble, opposite of Bigby. I'd love to control them both and see how I could solve situations with these very different characters.

Apart from the obvious Big Bad and Snow duo: I'd choose Bigby and Jack Horner, Bigby and Boy Blue, Bigby and Rose Red, Bigby and Flycatcher, or Bigby and Bufkin.
Bufkin seems interesting to play as lol! With his small size and fly ability he can be very useful, something like Clementine from TWD... I personally want to play as Bluebeard though, being like a bad guy or something ( Bigby playing the good guy and Bluebeard the bad guy )

Telltale games are games of decisions, games in which you can play as a good and nice character, a rough character who can say some rude things (at least from time to time) or something in between. Bigby is a perfect character for this game series, since he is usually a good guy, but can get angry or rude from time to time. I like Flycatcher, but since he is probably ne nicest person in Fables his dialogues would always be nice and friendly, at least his comments. Jack Horner on the other hand is almost the opposite of Flycatcher. If you could play as him his dialogues would all be rude or deceitful, and he definetly would be out of character if we get the chance to say some nice things to different people.
The best character for season 2 would be Bigby and Boy Blue (which is maybe a little too nice as well) or Rose Red (her character would be perfect for a Telltale Game, but then season 2 would be without Snow White, since they wont meet again until the beginning of the Fables comics.
She is a complete badass in Fables, and was personally trained by Bigby, and seeing as they work together, I think playing them as a duo would be awesome XD

I got to admit, playing as B-beard would be pretty badass too. As for Bufkin, he would be like a secret sidekick that everyone would want to see Bigby have, even when they say they don't.

The original plot with Brannigan was dropped because it interfered way too much with the canon of Fables; but if she resurfaced then yeah, I think Cindy should be the one to deal with her

Yeah it interfered too much, but they started this Brannigan plot and left it half-open. As far as I remember Brannigan has this conversation with Bigby recorded. If I were her I would ask myself: What happened with me and who is that guy on the tape? Cinderella would be perfect to "deal" with this situation^^. But I dont think this story would fit with an other story (Nerissas secret), so maybe they could make a DLC like 400 days. That would be awesome and wouldnt take much time, since they have many other projects planned.
