400 Days glitch
I downloaded the entire first season and played it without any issues. I enjoyed it so much that I decided to purchase 400 Days for $5 and get the digital version. Once it finished installing I fired it up *** POSSIBLE SPOILERS AHEAD *** Apparently I chose to play as Bonnie & everything was running smoothly until Bonnie, Leland and the other woman start to run. I get shot and my buddies leave me in the dust. I see no other choice but to run until I come to an edge & I slide down to the bottom and perhaps hit my head? Either way the screen changes to it's loading screen but then freezes. It then goes to a black screen with a messsge saying something along the lines of "Game data cannot be read" and then I have to exit from the game because nothing else happens.

My apologies, it sounds as if your download of 400 Days may have been incomplete or corrupted. I recommend try deleting 400 days and re-downloading it from the Playstation Store, then start the game and try playing again.
If the issue persists, could you please clarify what model PS3 you are currently using, how large the hard drive is, and how much space you have left on the hard drive at this time?
