    Nobody will take the Iron Throne. Just like in Daenerys' vision in season 2, the series will end with King's Landing as an abandoned, snow- covered ruin.

    I think the only satisfying way to end game of thrones would be with someone destroying the Iron Throne and King's Landing.

    Daenerys will take Iron Throne and defeat the others. Not necessarily in this order.

    Honestly, if you want a super detailed theory with tons of evidence about what the ending (at least of the books) will be, check this out: http://endgameofthrones.com/about/

    The show and books are caught up at this point, except the characters they're not including like Stoneheart, so you won't be spoilt on anything past Season 5.
