in Tales from the Borderlands – PS3 Support

It keep freezing at the same spot everytime, I even played episode two all over again and its still not working, I'm playing on ps3

    Which platform are you experiencing this on? Once I find out, I can move this to the proper support forum section where Telltale Staff can assist you.

    every time a go to scooter's garage ,and i purchase a car it goes blank. Then i would pause it, and it would reset and let me pick a new car. please help

    I forget to say where I froze, I keep freezing before I enter the atlas dome in E.3

    @sideswipe-k-10 Please first make sure that you have started the game while connected to the internet to ensure that you have received the latest update available for the game. After you have downloaded and installed the game to the latest version, please try rewinding the game to the chapter/checkpoint before reaching that part of the episode, and you should be able to progress past that point.

    If the issue persists, can you please clarify if the game freezes with the characters and background still on-screen, or does a black screen appear? Also does the game exit out to the PS3 XMB, or does it become stuck in-game?

    I did everything you said to do and it still not working. It keep freezing on the loading screen and sometimes it go on for hours before it crashes. Also it become stuck in-game but you probably know that from what I said.

    My apologies, if you still experience the crashing after the game is updated to the latest version, you may have received an incomplete or corrupted download file of the episode. I recommend try deleting the game from your console, then re-download it from the Playstation Store, and make sure to update it to the latest version before starting Episode 3 again. (Please note that your save files will not be harmed in the process) You should then be able to continue from where you left off, and progress to the next scene without experiencing the freeze/crash.

    I won't be able to try this tell the September 1 because I'm going to travel. So I don't know if it going to work but if it does or does not work thanks for helping me.
