Cannot start new game?

I am playing on my iPod 5. I have filled up every save file and I wanted to delete one and start over again so I pressed the save files button on the home screen. It brought me to 'Save File B' and freezes my screen. I have reset my iPod and the app and it is not fixing it. Is there a way to get it to work again?

    My sincere apologies. We have had reports of this issue occurring on other platforms, but have not yet heard if it occurring on an iOS device. We are still currently looking further into the root cause of the issue, and the current workaround for PS3 is to upload your save files to the online storage, and start a new game. Unfortunately that is not an option on iOS devices as the save files are stored internally within the game application. Unfortunately my only potential solution would be to remove the save files from the game by deleting and re-downloading the entire game app from your iOS device, and starting a new game. Again, my sincerest apologies for any difficulties this may cause you. (Please note that you will be able to re-import your save games from Season One if you still have that game app installed on your device)
