Save files not being Recognized.
I've imported my season 1 save and played through episode 3 on season 2. Now when I play the game it starts me from the beginning. I can see my save files in my directory. I've tried it with steam cloud off and on.

After looking over your Support Tool information, I noticed that you have a backup prefs.prop file in another location on your computer. Please try renaming the prefs.prop file in
C:\Users\YOURNAME\Desktop\The Walking Dead Season Two
to prefs.prop.bak to disable it, then restart the game, and your save files should be restored.
I don't see another The Walking Dead Season Two folder. I renamed the prefs.prop file in C:\Users\MYNAME\Documents\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead Season Two. It still does the same thing. I've ran the tool again. https://www.sendspace.com/file/y71zt6
Also, If I try to change save file in the game it just says file B. I can't get out of the menu and have to use task manager to quit.
My apologies, after looking over your new Support Tool information, there doesn't seem to be any issues with your file directory. We have had a few reports from players experiencing this issue, and are currently looking further into the root cause of the issue. Unfortunately at this time, the only workaround is to back up your save files to an external folder on your computer (change the prefs.prop file to prefs.prop.bak to disable it for now) and start a new game. Or, you can delete the save files for the game from the file directory in your PC, and start a new game in Season Two. Again, my sincerest apologies for any difficulties this may cause you.
