Bought Multi-pack but can't use it
I bought a Multi-pack [Episodes 2-5 + 400 Days Bundle] but nothing changes: when I try to start the second episode or any another it looks as if I bought nothing - the program offers not to play episode but to get it and if I choose to get it it sends me to the page where I'm offered to buy it again. What should I do to start playing? I use IPhone 5.

If you open the Episodes menu in-game and it says 'Get' next to an episode, you will then need to tap 'Get' in order to download and install the episode to your device. If it is asking you to re-purchase the episode when tapping 'Get', please first try closing the game and all other applications running in the background. This should free up necessary system resources. (To close an app running in the background on iOS 6 and before: double tap the home button to make all running apps appear at the bottom of the screen, hold down on an app you wish to close and red buttons will appear, tap the red buttons to close the apps. If on iOS 7/8, double tap the home button and swipe up on the open apps to close them) Also, please turn off your iOS device for at least three minutes before attempting to play the game again. This will allow the device’s cache to clear.
Then after restarting your device, please reset the WiFi by turning the WiFi Settings Off, and back On again. Then try starting the game application again, and see if you are able to successfully tap 'Get' and download the episodes. If you still experience the issue, can you please clarify if when you open the Episodes menu, that the Multi-Pack registers as 'Purchased' in-game?
I fulfilled all instructions you gave my: closed the game and all applications, turned off the IPhone, turned on it after 5 minutes, turned off and then on WIFI connection and nothing changed. I see 'Get' when one episode covers all the screen with the big picture that illustrates the episode that covers almost all the screen. At the bottom of the screen there are 'back' at the left of the screen and 'get' at the right. At the top of the screen there are number of the episode and arrows that allow to change episode. It does not look like menu. If I tap 'get' I got screen with all episodes and multi-pack mentioned. In front of each episode there is an icon 'buy' not 'get'. 'Buy' is in front of each episode including multi-pack that I have bought. It looks much more like menu. At the bottom of the screen I see 'back' , 'restore' and 'delete'. If I tap 'restore', for a short time appears 'Restoring purchases...' and nothing changes after.... Nothing looks like 'Purchased'. So everything is exactly as it was before buying. By the way if it matters I use not IPhone 5 but IPhone 5s. Please, help.
If you are still unable to restore your purchases by following my steps above, please try proceeding through the purchase path to purchase Multi-Pack again, then when you are prompted, enter your password. As long as you are logging into the same Apple account that you originally purchased the game application with, you should be able to tap 'Buy' when it says “Confirm your in-app purchase”, and you will receive a pop up saying “You’ve already purchased this. Would you like to get it again for free?” and tap OK, and your previous purchases will be restored. (Please first make sure that you see the Multi-Pack purchase in the purchase history of your Apple account.)
Please tell me how can I see the Multi-Pack purchase in the purchase history of my Apple account? Are you sure that App Store will not take $20 again? What should I do if it takes? Can you send me back my first $20 so that I could try to purchase it again without any such risk?
In order to access your purchase history for your Apple account, you can follow the steps in This Apple iTunes Support Page. If you see the purchase in your purchase history, following the purchase path to restore the app should allow you to download it without charging you again. If it does charge you again, or you would first like your first payment refunded before attempting, you will need to contact Apple Support directly for refund requests for purchases made through the Apple iTunes App Store.
