Having the same issue, the game's still claiming the episode is "coming soon". I have the version bought from GoG. Any help?
same issue. Have the season pass purchased from telltale store, PC. Tried the update trick, restarting computer many times since yesterday, reinstalling the game...still stuck on "coming soon". Any help would be greatly appreciated.
@zukuss Thank you for providing the screenshot, could you please possibly start the game again, then open the Episodes menu and see what Episode 5 says? Does it also say 'Coming Soon' or does it say 'Purchased but not Downloaded'? If it says coming soon, could you also take a screenshot of the Episodes menu saying coming soon?
Also, how long did it take to connect after you 'Clicked to Connect' when you first started the game? Did it take 2-5 minutes before you reached the main menu, or did it instantly load to the main menu?
Thank you for your answer TelltaleMike - I don't appear to have an "Episodes" menu (similar to what I find in TWD). I saw in this screenshot ( http://i.imgur.com/Ql1qsH4.jpg )on a different thread provided by someone using iOS that they have an "Episodes" menu, where I have a "Telltale account" menu. That menu seems a bit pointless since it only states I am successfully logged in my Telltale Games account and only allows me to click OK...is it something wrong with the Telltale store?
When I start the game after a reboot, it takes about 30 seconds before bringing the main menu. It's faster at the next attempts.

My apologies, I have not seen this particular issue before. I recommend try uninstalling the game from your computer (if you wish to keep your saves, you can choose to keep them during the uninstallation process). Then download a new installer from your My Games page on this website, and install the game using that newly downloaded installer. Then once you start the game, you should be able to see Episode 5 as available to download from inside the Episodes Menu.
So a full uninstall/reinstall did it. Used a different install folder to be safe. Hope it won't do the same when ep6 gets released...

Hey Telltale Mike--I had the same "coming soon episode 5" issue. Your recommendation of a simple game restart fixed it. Didn't even have to reinstall. Thanks a ton!

Restart has not fixed the issue for me. I'll reinstalling and see if that does it,
My apologies, if you are unable to download any episodes for the PC Telltale Games version of the game, please first make sure that you have downloaded and installed the latest Updated Critical PC/Mac Patch available for the game. After it has been installed, then start the game once more, and you should be able to start the game then download the new episode.
If you still experience any issues, you may still have older Archive files on your computer that need to be cleared out. To do this, please first uninstall the game from your computer (this will not harm your save files). Then open the following directory on your computer:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Telltale Games\Game of Thrones\
Inside there, you should find an 'Archives' folder. Please delete this, then download a New installer from our website. This installer has been updated, and will add the new files you need. After you have reinstalled the game using that new installer, start it while connected to the internet, and you should be able to download and install both Episodes 4 and 5 from in-game. Again, my apologies for any difficulties this causes, and I hope this allows you to play!
