Episode 5 does not load
I have the season pass and downloaded and installed episode 5. I am at the main menu. I hit play, and it says Buy Episode 5. I hit that and it says 'A new episode has been downloaded. Would you like to load it?' I hit accept and it just takes me back to the main menu and the same thing happens. This is unacceptable that I cannot play this game. Please help.

I apologize for any difficulties this has caused you. Can you please clarify if you downloaded Episode 5 from the in-game Episodes menu, or did you download it from the Playstation Store on your console?
I downloaded from the store on my console. My notifications window says it is installed.
I recommend try deleting that downloaded episode file that you downloaded directly from the Playstation Store. Then start the game, and open the Episodes menu. From inside there you should see Episode 5 as 'Purchased but not Downloaded', and you should be able to select it, and it will take you to the page to download and install it. You should then be able to download, install, and play the episode.
I do not think this is possible. The only delete option I can find is to delete the whole game. Then I will have to reinstall everything. I will try this at a later date. Thank you for your time.
If you open the Episodes menu when in-game, what does the messaging say next to Episode 5? 'Purchased but not Downloaded? Or Purchased and Installed? If it says purchased but not downloaded, please try selecting that episode and press the X Button when it is highlighted. The Episode should begin downloading, or if it is already downloaded, it may say so, and only need to complete the last step of installation.
