I apologize for the inconvenience. If you are currently stuck on an 'Updating Content' screen when attempting to purchase the Season Pass for Game of Thrones, can you please clarify if you are connected to a WiFi network connection, or are you connected through a 3G/4G network connection on your device?

Also, can you please clarify if you are on a Phillips w8500, Samsung w850, or Sony Ericsson w850?

My apologies, unfortunately it appears that your Android device's GPU does not meet the minimum system requirements to successfully run the game. Where we require a minimum of a Mali-T600 series GPU or equivalent, your current device uses a Mali-T400 series GPU. While you may be able to run the game application, this can cause performance and technical issues such as the ones you are describing. I recommend either playing on a device that is above the minimum system requirements, or contacting Google Play Support for any inquiries regarding refunds, or refund requests.

  • But how I played first episode? Or how I played walking dead season one and two complete without any problem, ?

The Walking Dead: Seasons One and Two were not as graphically intensive, and used different systems in-game. If you were able to play through Episode 1 of Game of Thrones on your device, I would recommend first try connecting to a different WiFi network connection, and see if that connection allows you to purchase/download the later episodes successfully.

If the issue persists, can you please clarify how much space you have left on your device's internal memory? It may be an issue if you do not currently have enough space on your device in order to download any further episodes. (Please note that this game cannot be installed to an external SD Card, or it will encounter errors such as the one you are describing)

I recommend try clearing some space on your device, then see if you are able to successfully complete the transaction.
