Cant switch account

Hi,
I accidentaly signed up to a new account after my device had a factory reset. Now I cant switch back to my real account (this one) and I cant retrieve my episode purchases. Please help me log off from the new (wrong) account

    My apologies, if you are experiencing any issues with account linking, please contact/email our Support Staff at Support@Telltalegames.com, and they will be able to assist you further with that request. Please make sure to provide both accounts that you have created, and which one has the purchased episodes associated with it.

  • So I figured I could delete all files from the application and it worked, I could login again with my correct account and it kept my purchases.
    However I really think you should release a tool that allow us to create a choice file without having to replay all the episodes. I lost all my saved games (again) and I really dont want to replay all 4 previous episodes before playing the 5th one. It would be nice to able to just restart episode 5 with my choices without replaying the whole game.

    Unfortunately at this time we do not have such a choice/save file generator. I will make sure to pass your feedback and interest in such a feature, along to the team!
