Can't install episode 2 and also can't uninstall episode 1
Hi there. I just bought the multi pack for £14.99 to enjoy all the episodes of GOT, I just finished episode 1 and loved it. However since trying to download and install episode 2 it's been a nightmare. I'm on an iPad air 32gb so it's pretty much the latest model. After installing the multipack it said that I'd paid for the episodes but they weren't installed so I clicked on episode 2 and started the download. After the download % bar had finished it said it was installed so I clicked it and it then said it wasn't installed and there was more to install so I clicked it to install some more and after a brief pause told me it had failed. I tried this numerous times and got the same message. I'm also unable to uninstall episode 1. I click on it and nothing happens. I've cleared all the other apps and restarted my iPad to make sure there's enough room. Again nothing. In fact I've restarted the app a few times and it's said that in fact episode 2 was never installed in the first place!...I've tried this sequence a dozen times now and tried to install episode 2 and every time it fails. Can anyone help me here as it just seems to not want to install. Going round I circles and it's rather tedious. I played your walking dead games and never had any problems so wondering why GOT is so buggy? I can see from your forums that I'm not alone with problems with installing new episodes. Please help. Thanks.

I sincerely apologize for any difficulties caused by this. If the episode seems to be downloading fine, but it is failing to install completely, could you please clarify how much storage space you have left on your iOS device? (You can check this by opening the Settings app on your iPad, and going to the Usage menu.) Also, have you ensured that you have updated the game app to the latest version by opening the App Store application, and going to the Updates tab to see if there are any updates available for the game?
It won't download for me. I've been trying for weeks. Really annoying. Uninstalled and installed loads of times. Even got a new phone. Still not working. Help me Telltale Mike!
The same problem is happening to me. I'm on the iPad mini 3, I have plenty of storage space, I have the game updated, and episode 2, though I've purchased it, refuses to download. I've never had any difficulties with other TellTale games. I wonder why this one is presenting such a problem. Is there anything else I can do to fix this?
If you are currently experiencing issues downloading any episodes on iOS, please first make sure that you have closed any and all other applications open running in the background. This should free up necessary system resources. (To close an app running in the background on iOS 6 and before: double tap the home button to make all running apps appear at the bottom of the screen, hold down on an app you wish to close and red buttons will appear, tap the red buttons to close the apps. If on iOS 7/8, double tap the home button and swipe up on the open apps to close them) Also, please turn off your iOS device for at least three minutes before attempting to play the game again. This will allow the device’s cache to clear.
Then after restarting your device, please reset the WiFi by turning the WiFi Settings Off, and back On again. (You can also try resetting your wireless network access point (Modem/Router) to ensure you have the strongest connection possible when attempting to download.) Then try starting the game application again, and you should be able to download the episode successfully.
I did all that. It's still not working.
Could you please clarify if when you connected to the other WiFi network connection, that you are able to see a progress bar and percentage while downloading, or does it not show a percentage? Also, what device are you currently using to play the game, and what OS version is it currently updated to?
It skips straight to 100% and then says content failed to download. It's an iPhone 5s. iOS 8.4
