Backordered

I ordered DVD versions of both seasons of Sam & Max and it says that at least one item is backordered, so I was wondering if you can give any (rough) estimate when you will have DVDs in stock.

Luckily downloadable versions will make waiting less painfull. :)

    It was the Season One disc. We'll have them back in stock soon, probably in the next week or two.

    Thanks for quick answer. Now I can wait peacefully without checking constantly the order status.

    More than week now, is it normal that processing takes that much time, or have they just forgotten my order?

    You guys must own a dimension portal or something. I got e-mail today that you have sent my shipment and when I came back home games had arrived. :D

    Well, we try.

    Actually, we looked into these reports, and it turns out that all of the October 7th orders actually shipped out on time, but due to a technical hitch between our site and the fulfillment center we work with, those orders did not get updated to "shipped". That means that the automatic shipping confirmation emails for a bunch of Oct 7. orders were not sent out until yesterday, when we remedied the problem.
