I need a LEGITIMATE Resolution for Episodes that WILL NOT Download PLEASE!
Does anyone have any actual solutions for the problem where Season 1 episodes do not download? The issue where you repeatedly receive the "Internet Connection" message? The one where it will go up to %99 loaded 1,000 times just to crash and have to start over trying to get it again?!?? I am super duper frustrated. Have been trying to load since FRIDAY! I have dealt with this before and knew it would be an issue, got a new device and trying to load the game there. Telltale be warned, if I see this again:
"My apologies, please close the game and all other applications running in the background. This should free up necessary system resources. (To close an app running in the background on iOS 6 and before: double tap the home button to make all running apps appear at the bottom of the screen, hold down on an app you wish to close and red buttons will appear, tap the red buttons to close the apps. If on iOS 7/8, double tap the home button and swipe up on the open apps to close them) Also, please turn off your iOS device for at least three minutes before attempting to play the game again. This will allow the device’s cache to clear.
Then after restarting your device, please reset the WiFi by turning the WiFi Settings Off, and back On again. Then try starting the game application again, and see if you are able to successfully start the game and play."
I swear if I see this post again I will never sleep again until I turn every single one of your paying customers against you. It is unreal that you actually still charge people money when they can't even play the game they spent $20 on!! It's an awesome game!! But y'all HAVE to come out with an update to Season 1 that allows you to pick up loading at the % that the "internet connection dropped". Season 2 does that! Why not Season 1??
