[issue-21990] answer not received

Hello,

I sent you an email on Friday the 16th and a remind the next friday. I didn't get any answer, so I'm wondering if you never received my emails or if it's me that didn't get your response (or if you didn't have enought time to answer all the question users ask).
The mail was sent from the same email of my account. I have checked my spam folder and I didn't find anything.
