Deadly Intent case 5: Can't find alcohol bottle (spoilers)

Ok so I found Floyd Collister in the closet, but now I'm stuck cause I cant interview him... the hint I got clearly stated that I need to find the bottle of alcohol that the victim drank but I cant find it at the crime scene...

So either I am an idiot or I missed something painfully obscure... would someone mind setting me on the right track here?

Edit: never mind, my game was glitched... the camera was not panning the way it should have been, had to restart the case

    - note to others, there is only one way to the bottle, its kinda in the middle of the "obvious paths"

    This case is doing my head in, I got through the others relatively easily but on this one I have now spent 3 hours searching for a way to interview Collister. As the last guy mentioned I think I have to find the whiskey bottle but I cannot pick up any of the bar bottles and cannot find any angle that I can grab one. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

    when you click on the spot where you found the body move to the right and you'll see the bottle
