  You have to trick her into taking it somehow. If you need another hint:

  Getting access to the dartboard is key.

  I have gotten up to the dart board, and I've pinned the sepina to it, but still.. Don't know where to go from there.. :-]

  Try talking to the ladies, maybe try provoking one of them

  Well. I come this far, but WT keeps throwing darts. Tried to use all in my inventory with everything in the bar to no use... How do I make him stop ?

  Straight answer:
  

  Get the ladies to fight on the bar counter by buying a drink, then talk to them and provoke Elaine so she tries to stab you. She stabs the dartboard instead.

  You have to find a way to distract the barkeeper. Maybe get him to do his actual job. If you need another hint:
