I recommend Once upon a time if u like classic stories like Snow white, The little red riding hood, etc, with a darker theme and pretty much tied together (e.g. Characters from different stories have met at one point in the past, or are good friends)
Also fucking Merlin! Although the last season was a bit dissapointing, it is worth watching ^^
Smallvile if you like Superman.
Legend of the Seeker if u want more fantasy.
John Doe was cool, too bad it was cancelled after one season.
