Issue 22360: No download links

Hello, I just paid for the full season of ToMI yesterday via PayPal and I have the receipt with me. I tried emailing you but there was no response. Although I have been too impatient but I'm just anxious about my order since money has been hard to come by and I really saved for this game. Please update my links. Thank you. My TellTale account doesn't have the serial numbers or anything.

    I have the same problem. No links but I paid. And no answers from the support. I just finished the first episode and I'm eager to start the new one.

    I paid for it 11 days ago, through PayPal, and got a receipt from them, but no download-able links in My Games page, and didn't get a confirmation mail |:'(
    I sent you an email last week, but you still haven't responded. My issue number is 22229.

    Telltale, is it too much to ask that we've been waiting for our download links to come? We have already paid you and we want to see what's worth of our money. Please rectify this error or I'll be going to the resolution center to solve this problem.

    Yes, we're working through the paypal issues right now. I believe it has something to do with the confirmed/unconfirmed addresses? This means that you probably live in a country where address confirmation is not available? This is only a guess on my part. We've been looking at several of these and one of the similarities is that you're all International. We will reply to each of you in the support line shortly.

    physical address?

    could be physical address, I'm not certain myself. Still trying to figure out what happened and that's the best guess right now. We'll get it squared away today, for sure.

    Yes, I do remember that it said in my PayPal invoice that my shipping address was unconfirmed but then I have always used it in my purchases and it always turned out okay. By the way, I'm from the Philippines so that might explain a few things.

    There's another thing: the links to the other games are still not appearing. Should I do something else?

    Which games are you missing? Did you use another email address at purchase? Send me a pm or support@telltalegames.com message and we'll check it out.
