W&G Collectors Disc problem
I managed to persuade the website to let me order it, but it tried to charge me* another $19.95. Am I doing something wrong? Can somebody help, please, and point me to the appropriate way of doing things so that I'm only charged the postage?

*Just to complicate things, the identity I use to post to the forum isnt the same one I use to buy computer games (because for some reason that nobody could identity, the latter wouldn't let me post to the forum. Sigh)

With the account you definitely bought W&G on (check that they're listed under "My Games") do you get this problem? Did you buy them individually or as a full season order?
If the former, send an email to support and they should be able to sort you out. On second thought, send them an email anyway

That's exactly my situation (upgraded season). And a few hours ago it worked just fine, when I was trying out some possible combinations of items in my shopping cart. But I didn't order the W&G Collector's Disc back then.
NOW I want to order it, but when I click on "Wallace & Gromit's Grand Adventures (DVD Version)" in the store, it shows "Subtotal $19.95" in the following page. Where it was "Subtotal $0.00" a few hours ago. And I can't put the Collector's Disc into my cart for $0.00, no matter what I do.
So is it broken again?
