Does Anyone Know If Thermund Was Gregor's Sentinel?
I was reading the wiki page, and yes I know people can change them, but I still want to know if anyone know if this is true or not. On the wiki page it says that he might have been Lord Gregor's sentinel, but does anyone know for sure.

I think it's called Telltales's Game Of Thrones Wiki.
According to the TTGOT wiki, it is possible that Norren was Lord Gregor's sentinel.
