how do i get past the security guy in front of the white house?

    hes very determined in what he does. Look around the outside of the white house. How could you distract him?

    In case that wasn't enough (hints getting more specific):
    Did you know you can call people on the phone?
    How could you use this to distract the guard
    Try calling the pay phone there, see if you can get him occupied for quite a while
    tell him to "please hold"

    To call (full spoiler):
    look at the pay phone, and Sam will memorize the number. Then use the phone in the office and select "White House".
