Fiona is looking at Rhys... (she was constantly fix… moreing her hair throughout this scene too)
Fiona is looking at Rhys walking off. (Rhys is right in front of Fiona and a bit to her right once he walks off... you can see Fiona move her eyes onto him)
Fiona seems distraught about suddenly going down, but she still decides to give Rhys a smile. (Rhys is right in front of her... and guess what! She is looking right in front of her too!)
P.S: I cropped Athena out to decrease the gif size, but you can also see her shaking her head when she hits the elevator button... she is obviously sensing something between those two. ;p
P.S.2: That, and the obvious gun reference that Fiona does to Rhys...

Yes it's possible to send applications to abroad. Last year I sent some applications\portfolios to Denmark, Scotland and Estonia for example. There are many options.
About courses, you don't have to take those but some schools demand that you know the basics before they let you in. I tried to learn from watching tutorials in Youtube but I didn't quite succeed. So watching tutorials wasn't really for me but you can learn a lot from them
Oh yeah I forgot to mention that you need to practice digital drawing more than traditional drawing. I mean, you probably figured that out already but it's good to know how to use PhotoShop and other drawing\editing programs.
And yes you should own a drawing tablet. You will use it a lot in game design school.
I'm not sure what degrees you need. But you are still young so it's possible that you should first go to art college or something before applying into higher education. I actually think there are many game design colleges in Finland (and in other countries as well) so it's a good way to start. After college you can try to make a career out of it like I'm doing now. (but I'm 21 years old so there's that ;P) But to be honest I only know how this system works in Finland so I highly recommend to get more information about studying abroad.

I'm actually a Finn who lives in Finland and this game design school is also in Finland.
Good for you,I actu… moreally live in Egypt and I don't think there are schools here dedicated to game education,so I think I will have to fly abroad to join school(that if it doesn't change anytime soon )
1) try to gain some experience from game industry. Like spending a summer in game shop or trying to get a job where you can use your drawing skills. This is not necessary but working experience helps a lot.
The problem is I'm still 15 and I don't know if there are shops I could work in nearby here,but I could consider that in the future
2) if possible, take many art\animation software courses. Unfortunately these can be expensive but they also help you. A lot.
