Ughhh, people are so dull when they order food at work :P
Anyways, I'm home now and have a day off tomorrow so if I pull my finger out th… moreen I shall grace this glorious thread with the first chapter of my newest fic! XD
I've promised it for a while... And it needs to become real.
Who here's seen the movie/ play "A Big Hand for the Little Lady"? In shorts a movie about a bunch of guys playing poker in the old west, a poor man buys into the game and bets everything he has on his hand, much to his wife's pleas, because he is so convinced he can't lose. But when, the little he has to bet with isn't enough (meaning he would lose everything) he pretty much has a heart attack. But he requests that his wife, whose never played before, to finish the game for him. So she goes and gets a loan from the bank, who actually gives her the loan after seeing her cards, and everyone else folds. Then it turns out the husband is fine, and him and his "wife" are con artists, and they had gotten the banker in on the deal.
I was thinking of how this would work for Rhyiona. I would think Fiona would be the initial gambler, she'd be going against Zer0 (has a great poker face), Claptrap, and a couple other VH's , and then Rhys is the one who has to step in. Then when they go to get a lone it's Marcus. The whole idea that, all of them know Fiona is a con, but don't suspect Rhys, let alone Marcus to be in on it.

If you decide to tell the Stranger that you trusted Fiona:
The way that Rhys speaks his reason out initially isn't exactly in-depth, but he references Fiona's trustworthiness, as, how he puts it "She never gave me a reason not to". (seeing as he's mostly genuine about his answers at this part, I don't think he would make any of that up! It's safe to say that they probably had a pretty good relationship before they separated.)
Fiona responds with a smile and a "Thanks.", while the Stranger just simply responds "Hmm... that's interesting."
It's interesting to the Stranger because... I mean, why would a Hyperion stooge trust a Pandorian hustler?... AND also pick her over his role model? (can you see where I'm getting here? ;p)
It's probably been said before but, I have a feeling that the romance will most likely depend on the choices you made to do with Handsome Jack.
It's made even more plausible when you look at Fiona's reactions at the Handsome Jack roof choice! (If you trusted Jack on the roof of the car, Fiona looks away angrily. BUT, if you didn't, she seems to feel bad for Rhys.)
Depending on how you treat Handsome Jack, Fiona can either be mad at you, or... who knows?
EDIT: Though, if you do think about it...
Rhys does say at the beginning of the story that he wanted to be just like Handsome Jack...
You, as the player, make the choices. But for Rhys, it would be extremely difficult to pick Fiona over Jack!
Story-line wise, he would obviously need to have some kind of feelings for her to pick her over Jack... especially with a grenade!

My pic explains itself. Anyone can have their own opinion on Until Dawn but I'll still love it either way.
