Hello, as you may already know, the Telltale region is going to vote on it's leadership over the next couple of days. There are three...count em' three officer positions open. WA Delegate, Field Marshall and Head Beurocrat. We're still accepting candidates for ALL positions!
The WA Delegate has the most administrative power besides the founder. They represent the Telltale region in the world assembly, acting as a go-between from our community to the rest of the world. The poll for WA delegate opens late tonight!
Candidates : InGen_Nate_Kenny / GoldenPaladin
The Field Marshall is in charge of security and military matters. Their duties include co-ordinating raids and kicking out jerks. The founder (me) will provide on-the-job training, if necessary. Polling will begin late tomorrow night!
Candidates : Eddie_Maiden / OfficialSherriffMaybe
The Head Beurocrat keeps the page looking nice. They'll create a directory of users and countries and help draft a constitution (if they want). Basic working knowledge of BBCode is great. Polling opens late Monday night.

We also have an immigration officer, but I think we can all agree Donald Trump (aka SaltLick123) is the man for the job.
If you're not elected, don't fret. You're still welcome and you'll still have a say in regional affairs. And who knows, maybe next time will be your chance.

I was wondering when someone would notice or at least acknowledge it lol, I was supporting InGen with my Vilena one and Golden with my Saltlick one and then was being all "KEEP THE ALIENS OUT" with the Donald Trump one.

I am obviously the perfect candidate for Head Beurocrat. I have been keeping a dossier of all member nations in the Telltale region and the region itself, and the Wild Card Collective has already drafted it's mission statement. Which, as far as I have seen, is more than any other nation has done as far as establishing it's goals for the future.
My campaign slogan is as follows:
"Let's get shit DONE!"
It should be noted that Head Beurocrat was my first choice for position in the region, as it best suits my strengths. Unlike, I'm sure, other future candidates who will likely enter the race after having lost previous elections as their fall back position. I see the role of ALL leadership positions in the region as carrying out the will of the collective Telltale Community, and not advancing one's own personal agenda. As far as drafting legislation, I will act as a cat wrangler should the need arise, but mainly as a regular member of the council.
TL;DR, I am the only candidate that makes sense for this position. Thank you for your time.

Anyone who can is strongly encouraged to join the world assembly.
Go to the 'World Assembly' tab on the sidebar. Near the top there should be a button that says "join world assembly" (you need to have an email address.)
In a few minutes you'll be sent a confirmation email. Do what it says.
There's not much I can say in terms of why I should be elected Field marshal other than the position requires me to carry out orders to protect our region, and that's exactly what I'll do.
