No response after numerous emails

Hi,

I have emailed the telltale support several times and have heard no response. I get the telltale support automated email but nothing past that.
I put an order on 30th Oct. for Sam and Max series one with disc and Sam and Max animated dvd with postage, making the payment through paypal.

Instead in the my account series 2 appeared (which I already have, and now have two codes for) and series one download with no disc.

Love the games but would really like to have the products I ordered.

Where do I go from here?
