Clementine and Ellie from The Walking Dead and The Last of Us respectively are great characters, and I love them both. I liked Carly from The Walkind Dead as well. Elena from Uncharted is another wonderful character. . . I like her way more than the protagonist! Cortana has to make it on this list as well. Tali from Mass Effct is absolutely adorable. Rosangela Blackwell (Blackwell series) Some puzzles in her first game revolve around her being willing to do almost anything to avoid socially awkward situations.
Jade (Beyond Good and Evil) was a well written character, but her VA also did an amazing job. I hope they get her back if BGE2 ever sees the light of day.
