Not the best company to be stranded on an island with, don't you think so? Anyway, I'd pick Gryff as well, though I like them both. I feel like if you don't have any backstory with him, things can work out fine.
Gryff is an annoying little shit, but at least he's a gullible. I could trick him into doing a lot of things for me, and that would be useful. Britt is annoying as well, but he's smarter than Gryff and in my opinion, a lot more dangerous and unpredictable. Gryff.
Honestly out of the two I'd pick Britt. He's at least semi competent and he'd be more useful

I could just imagine Gryff sitting there crying. While I can imagine Britt actually doing something. And just in case I would make a weapon, maybe a spear, so I could kill Britt if he stepped out of line, although he could find the spear and use it against me, ah nevermind the spear then. :P
Britt is a rapist and a killer... even worse, a child killer. Gared ' s sister was only eight years old. I would NEVER align myself with someone like that unless it was literally a live or die scenario.
So while I hate Gryff, he's hardly anything more than a foul mannered brat with an inferiority complex. He never seems to abuse his men aside from shouting at them, and while he does some dickish things he never actually killed Talia or anyone else.
Tldr; Britt is a monster and Gryff is a worm

Ok on the one hand it would be quite amusing to bury Gryff in the sand up to his neck.
But on the other hand if it meant sacrificing someone to the gods in an attempt to gain their favour and thus a way off the island then I would choose Britt.
