Strange Black Lines

Hey all. I got this game from the Steam Winter Sale. When I loaded it up, all the characters, and some of the other textures, had strange, thick, black lines on them. I discovered that Windows 7 and 8 users could rollback their drivers to earlier versions to fix the issue, but that it wasn't possible for Windows 10 users. I contacted Telltale, but they haven't sent a reply. I was curious, has anyone else been able to fix the issue?

Here are my specs:

Motherboard: Asus Z87-A
CPU: Intel i7
GPU: XFX Radeon R380
RAM: 16GB Crossfire DDR3
OS: Windows 10
