Tales of Monkey Island Season Upgrade

Hi!

I stumbled upon a link to http://www.telltalegames.com/store/talesofmonkeyisland-upgrade. Who does that offer apply to?
I got the first episode from the Play Like A Pirate event, but the price in the shopping cart is $35 if I try to buy from that page.

    Hey Michael, sorry you're having trouble with this. Try opening up your copy of Monkey Island episode 1. You should see a little ad in the game's wrapper that will offer the same discount. Click through on that, and it should add the game + discount to your cart. Let me know if you have any problems!

    The launcher only shows the "3rd chapter out now - Get it now!" ad on the left, which leads to http://www.telltalegames.com/mytelltale/purchases, and the treasure hunt banner on the top. No link to the store.

    I'm having the same problem (except my launcher only shows an ad for S&M Season 2).

    I also found the link in your webshop, but when you click it it just goes to an overview of the entire season?

    Edit: Mmm... Al off a sudden it works :-). Great!

    Hi. I've got the same problem as Michael had. When I go to the season upgrade page there's a big banner that says "Hey you qualify for a season upgrade" but when I click to buy it shows the normal price ($35) for the whole season. The launcher only shows an ad for the season finale. The funny thing is this seemed to be working properly and showing the upgrade pricing shortly before I placed an order for Stong Bad, both Sam and Max seasons and Wallace and Gromit.

    Hi,

    I am having this same issue. I got the first TOMI from the Talk Like A Pirate Day event. When I click on the advertisement in the TOMI startup, it sends me to a cart with the full $35 season, instead of the advertised $26 season.

    Hi FirstManDown,

    Since your join date shows that you joined this month (rather than back in September), I'm assuming you used a different account to get your free Monkey Island episode, which you'll need to do to qualify for the upgrade since the game's tied to that one. Are you able to log into it?

    I'm having the exact same issue as the last person, minus the different accounts issue. i click it through the ad that says it'll be $26 but it keeps coming up as the full price... anything i can do to fix this?

    yeah I'm getting exact same msg. The website tells me I qualify but still adds the price as $34.95. Having investigated further I now see that Chapter 1 isn't showing up in my games list which I assume is the cause. I only got it from talk like a pirate day but I thought it should still show up there. Is that correct? Was I given a code in an email? My desktop is currently out of action so I don't have access to my email archives for another week to check without a lot of hassle.

    No support? If I'm not eligable then that's fine but it would be nice if someone could post either way. Even just to say the problem is being worked on and to sit tight.
