Would you marry Morgryn if Tom's life wasn't on the line?

That depends. If I could have an opportunity to kill Morgryn, yes. If Mira is just gonna be locked up to be a baby-maker forever, then no.

I like Tom, but no. Being a sex slave is a lot much worse than death. And House Forrester would have a whole new enemy to deal with. So definitely not.

  • I played it in spanish version and i misinterpreted that Tom will die with me, not in my place, and now i got a conflict in what choice follow because knowing the effect of both it's make me sick, at least with the marry, Morgyn basically betray the Whitehills.

No. Mira from my playthrough would never give up her ancestral home, she would rather watch Ironrath burn to the ground before giving it over the enemy. Defying him like that was such a badass ''fuck you, you ain't getting shit'' moment. It really fit her personality and choices I have made so far, and so, no. Even if Tom would live, I wouldn't have Mira marry him.

  • I was considering it, and I would have said yes if Tom's life wasn't on the line. Once that came to be, I decided to die with my honor and dignity intact. Better than being a cowardly whore, selling out, and letting a child die in my place.

  • ´´ i dont doubt the imp lannister would turn his back to her´´ you mean the only lannister who only betrayed someone after being sent to prison by that person ((cersei)) and went over to danaerys nah fam i dont think tyrion would leave mira.

  • No. Mira's motivation was to help her family so if marrying Morgryn would have helped them in any way I would have considered it even if that meant sacrificing Tom as I think she would put family first but marrying Morgryn would actually hurt her family by allowing him access to their ironwood so I wouldn't have done it even if Tom wasn't involved. Mira's determinant status means she won't feature in a sequel. Telltale aren't going to create different scenarios based on her being alive in some games and not others, she'll be reduced to a line of dialogue referencing either her death or miserable life. So, given that there isn't going to be a glorious future where she somehow reclaims her power and manages to either murder Morgryn or manipulate their marriage to her family's advantage, I chose to let her die with honour.

  • Well said, man :)

It wouldn't have changed my decision, but it would have made it that much more grim. With Tom's life on the line, accepting death was given even more purpose. But from both my viewpoint and Mira's, she had reason enough without the threat to Tom to refuse Morgryn's offer. Marrying Morgryn would only accomplish keeping her alive (not safe at all, but just alive for now), and likely significantly hurt her family at some point if not immediately, with pretty much no foreseeable benefit. Though it's possible keeping Mira alive could help in the future, there was no guarantee that would be the case, and it would have been a risk too big to take for unlikely payoff. Not to mention from a technical standpoint, like purple_sarah said, for those who married her off she probably won't have much of a role in Season 2 with the finality of one of the choices, especially since the vast majority of people had her refuse the marriage. The developers will have enough on their plate dealing with two different possible lords, two different sentinels, a held or abandoned north grove, and so on and so forth.

  • No, becuase I doubt there's nothing she can do now. Morgryn is basically planning to lock her up and have her produce children. Marrying him is basically granting him the rights to her home and ironwood. Mira did nothing to help her house to begin with. I highly doubt marrying Morgryn will help in any way.

  • @purple_sarah Do you have some insider info that we don't know about? I only ask because you talk with such certainty about what will happen in season 2?
