Problems with the store and the coupons
Hello, since the Telltale support won't be available until the 4th of January I post this here, hoping that some users will be able to help me in order to use the coupons before the 31 of december. It wasn't posted in the support forums before as far as I could saw.
The thing is, I had a problem with the store. I added to my cart some games, and was going through all the procedure to purchase them. When it was the moment to pay through paypal, I had a connection problem and was forced to refresh the page. When I did that, the "paypal checkout" button wasn't there anymore. I tried to go back, but my cart was empty. When I tried to do the procedure all over again, I couldn't apply my coupons anymore, even though the procedure before (where I used them) wasn't concluded. How can I pay for those games using my coupons again? I doubt the games were paid, since one of them (TT's Texas Hold'em) it's not on the games' download page, where it should be.
Another problem is that one coupon, the one that in an order of at least 8.95 $ takes out 5 $, doesn't work. I tried it on the TOMI signed poster, but it didn't work, it doesn't even show the error window like an used coupon would do.

yes it's indeed familiar, but since the support was having an holiday break I thought I'd go ask somewhere else.
The code that I received, if that is what you're referring to, is 'issue-25390'.
