Will Forresters be incorporated more into Game of Thrones?
Well I've heard the Forresters undoubtedly survive as a house (to what extent is not known, whether they're a powerful house like the Starks or just barely clinging on isn't said), as they are mentioned in one of the books set after the events of the game (I'm guessing due to what happens to the other main characters, which we haven't seen happen in the game).
But after Telltale has finished the game, do you think the Forresters will be incorporated more into the mythos of Game of Thrones? Will they be mentioned perhaps even seen in the show in future seasons or incorporated by George RR Martin into the books? What do you think? I honestly hope they are mentioned or the events of the game are referred back to in the show. Seeing Ramsay mention Ethan in perhaps Season 6 of the show would be interesting, or at least getting a glimpse of Ironrath in the book or having a character say they stopped by Ironrath would be great.
The only issue I could see is that similar to Walking Dead: Season Two, Game of Thrones will have different outcomes and endings. I guess we could always use the ending most people got as the canon ending for the show and books, or the favourite of George RR Martin. Or perhaps just refer to something which doesn't change no matter what ending you get (For example, Ethan will always die no matter what ending we get), and use those plot-points as references alone.
What do you guys think? Will we see more of House Forrester? Do you want to see more?

Maybe Ironwood would be mentioned, but a reference like once is probably the closest thing we would get.
I would personally prefer the Forresters to stay in Telltales story the reason telltale used the Forresters in the first place is because they're mentioned so little and aren't a major element of the story meaning they could do whatever they wanted with them.
What I meant was whether or not their story will be referenced or referred to later in the series. Not directly impact anything.
Yeah I know but I'd still prefer no references at all and just keep it within telltales story.
If they were, maybe just. Rodrik as the Lord...that being said if they do, they should cast Russ Bain, they made his character kind of look like him, and he's doing a great job!
It's not unfeasible, a little mention at the very least would be possible. HBO has a hand in making the game, after all.
I don't think it's possible for the characters to appear physically, though. They're not modeled after their voice actors.
With the exception of Frostfinger. He looks exactly like his voice actor.
Would be nice if Martin put them(with Ironwood issues being the most obvious connection) in his books, assuming he actually gets to finish them.
He could even have someone like Rodrik, Gared or Talia actually appear "physically" in a minor role, fairly easily.
In the TV show it's extremely unlikely, since the producers would have to put a lot of effort to find look-alike actors, for little gain. The most we might get there an off-hand reference; but for the books? The possibility is there.
I see no harm in further mentions in the books anyway, show wise yeah that isn't happening beyond maybe a mention. Book wise though, sure, I mean they did already get mentioned once, and Ironwood has been mentioned in passing a couple of times in the books as well so why not? They sure have a better chance of appearing then whatever sorry excuses for characters that came out of the last Game of Thrones game.
A Season 2 of the game and maybe some name references in the show, but I figure that's it. I doubt any character cameos in major events tbh
Actually, the animators quite often make them look like their VAs. Russ could easily portray Rodrik
I'm extremely late to this thread but I'm just going to point out that Mira was actually based off the actress of a handmaiden that Margaery has in her service in the show (same with Sera).
(Links might expire, sorry)

Martin already put them: it's him who create them on the first place. They're with Cerwyn, Tallhart, Glover, Mormonts, Flint and all northern clans fighting for Stannis.
Now would he put them in the books? Seeing the Forresters of the game are more based on the show than the books I'm not sure.
As for the handamaiden: Well, they all have a dress for their positions, yes.
Just like inGen said, an Ironwood mention would be perfect.
Often it seems that way, but it's the opposite in practice. We cast for voices that could conceivably match the pre-existing model, not the other way around.
Mira and Sera are not based on anyone seen in the show, but we tried to remain consistent with the wardrobe.
Well I guess that instantly debunks the theory that we saw Mira make a brief cameo with Pycelle in the TV show.
I see how my wording was clumsy, I meant in appearance only
Not something too important to me, but I would love to see/read something like that.
Ironwood Is Mentioned in The Books.
